1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Butter (diced)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
Mix in butter with a form or stand mixer just until the topping is crumbly.
Top your fruit pies before baking.

Crockpot Fried Apples

Ingredients
3 lbs Apples, sliced with cores and peels removed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Butter, cut in small pieces
Instructions
Place apple slices in the crockpot; stir in remaining ingredients and dot with the butter.
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, or until apples are tender but not mushy. Stir halfway through cooking.
Notes
Place leftover apples into a pie crust and use the crumb topping recipe above to make a delicious apple pie!

Ingredients
1 Box Duncan Heinz Golden Cake Mix
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Oil
8 oz Sour Cream
4 Eggs
4 tsp Brown Sugar (packed)
1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Mix cake mix and granulated sugar together. Add oil, eggs and sour cream to the cake mix.
Pour 1/2 batter into a Bundt cake pan.
Mix 4 tsp of brown sugar & 1 tsp of cinnamon together and sprinkle onto cake batter in pan.
Pour rest of the batter into the cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test cake, when clean, the cake is done.
Notes
No icing is needed – it’s a very moist cake – but you can make a simple icing if you like.
